Daiwa Resumes Sale of its TVs in Red Zones with Adherence to Government's Guidelines

Daiwa TV resumes sales of its range of TVs with retail stores including the red zones (except the containment Zones), complying with government directives with regard to lockdown relaxations. Daiwa shall sell its range of TVs from 32 to 65 inch HD, FHD and 4K Smart Tv’s and 24-40 inch HD Ready LED Tv in leading retail Stores. The company shall also launch its newest 43inch Full HD TV this week.

The company has also resumed field service to repair and service the TVs, along with a host of new initiatives for the consumers like trouble free installation facility. Speaking on resuming the sales in red zones, Mr. Arjun Bajaaj, Founder, Daiwa TV says, “While the Lockdown was the necessary step, to curb the spread, the phased lockdown exit is equally important. The move for Retail markets to open, shall help us re-instil the Channel confidence and boost their morale in the difficult times. It shall ensure Business Continuity across the ecosystem”

“TV is no longer a Luxury. With Cinema Halls and Malls being shut for some more time, TV remains the ultimate mode of entertainment. The rising OTT consumption further pushes the adoption. We anticipate a surge in the demand for Smart TVs, and are gearing our production basis the demand. We have resumed operations across zones, except containment and all are practicing strict social precautions while operating and making sure that the orders are delivered and installed safely to the customers."

In the meantime, after 2 Months of Lockdown, Daiwa TV restarts its Manufacturing operations in India, observing strict government guidelines and safety of its employees.
