NNR IT Solutions had a good year as the company signed as National Distributor for Trend Micro in the country 2016. The company is looking for a healthy growth in this New Year with this new product range. Jagannath Patnaik, CEO, NNR IT Solutions shares more details about the company’s roadmap for 2016. 

DT: - What have been the key highlights of your company during the year 2016?

A:-We have signed up with Trend Micro as National distributor for consumer business. Trend Micro is a leading global player in Information security field having top banks, IT giants, top Telecom companies, top global corporations and companies as their enterprise customers. We are very proud to be associated with them.

DT: - What is the central force which keeps partners and consumers loyal to your brand?

A:-Our channel centric policies, ethical business practices and commitment to serve. Trend Micro is a strong Information security brand and this helped us in creating our market space in consumer business.

DT: - Do you think that Government of India’s ‘Make-in-India’ and ‘Digital India’ programs are seeing the light of day? At what levels are you supporting   these programs?

A:-Trend Micro and NNR being in cyber security field we are actively involved in spreading the awareness on cyber security thru our channel partners and other awareness programs for the success of Digital India. We strongly believe that for hassle free and fear free working on Internet for digital payments, social media activities just to name a few the need of the day is an affordable Cyber security products and Trend Micro products provide maximum security at minimum cost. By providing best cyber security at an affordable and economic cost we are part of making India a safer Digital India.

DT: - Since GST has finally been passed by the central government, how will it affect your business and the economy?

A:-We are looking forward to GST and strongly believe that this will benefit all and we can definitely see businesses growing. With GST the multiple taxes will go away and as such it will boost economic growth as doing business will become simpler with GST.

DT: - How does the channel help you to reach out to your potential customers? What’s your channel strength?

A:- Channels are our pillars of strength. We cater to the end customers through our Premium, Elite and reselling partners. We have about 30 Premium partners, 150+ elite and many resellers across country.

DT: - What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A:- We have a strong Tech support team based out at Pune, Trend micro has an International Tech Support centre with Toll Free number for giving personalised support. Through the trend micro website www.trendmicro.com one can get self-help on almost all types of service support.

DT: - What’s your roadmap or strategy for the year 2017?

A:- We shall focus on Consumer Security, Mobile security and SMB space for our further growth.

DT: - What are the technology trends that will rule in 2017?

A:- Internet of things will become reality in India too, The digital transformation in the way we do things and becoming more dependent on  smarter phones for our doing most of our chores in a convenient way we look at the Mobile Phone Security soft wares and Apps as most potential markets both technically and commercially.

DT: - What is your current revenue? What is your projection for the year 2017?

A:- We shall be looking at about 80 Million INR and going forward we are looking at 50% growth next year.
