DT: What was your vision behind starting Eazy ERP?

Kunal: Being a Charted Accountant (CA) for many years and worked hand to hand with SME industries, I understood the market nerve. After feedback from auditors of more than 150 MSME companies we found that they were reluctant to move from Tally. So there was a need to fill in the gap of year old Tally software and ERP system. So this vision led to develop a solution where companies keep the financial systems the way it is but with added advantage. The vision behind starting EazyERP was to provide solutions to the Corporates through cutting edge technology with a high level of commitment and dedication and making ERP affordable for them.

DT: What are the latest challenges for enterprise today?

Kunal: In today's economic environment, many commercial businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies are struggling with how to do more with less. Businesses want to increase market share and revenue by launching new services that their consumers are demanding. Ultimately, this demand for new and increased services creates pressure on IT to deliver these services in order to support the desired growth. In order to produce at the scale and velocity required meeting the demand, IT desperately needs to accelerate their processes and increase productivity. EazyERP can do this by providing scalable and affordable solutions combining latest technologies and ease of use for the businesses.

DT: What are your plans for year 2014? Have you defined any target for this year?

Kunal: EazyERP is expanding its unique and exclusive ERP module across the country. We have launched 1st phase of ERP knowledge series called - ERP-Simplified! across the cities Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Rudrapur, Baddi, Kanpur and Ahmedabad. We want to make the business owners understand the role of ERP to gain productivity and profitability of business a through this series. We are targeting a 300% growth in client base and revenue this fiscal year.

DT: What is your key GTM strategy? What distribution model you are following to reach your customers?

Kunal: We are approaching the most promising industrial areas and reaching all manufacturers to explain them the benefits of Tally Integrated ERP. Through ERP Simplified! Knowledge series we also are targeting our channel partners in various cities.

DT: How your partners can be benefited while selling your solution?

Kunal: Since we are targeting partners who already have a good client base of computer software or hardware customers, all they have to do talk to their existing clients about Eazy ERP. We shall provide them all the marketing and technical support needed. This way they have huge potential of big earning opportunities from their existing client base.
