Mr. Ashish Agarwal, CTO, Solution Infini, one of the leading players in the market interacted with DT shared his opinion on this current market growth and his upcoming plans.

DT: How do you see the overall Indian ICT market currently? How is the market after the implementation of GST?

Mr. Ashish: ICT Market has been firmly rooted for decades now. The overall communication market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 30 to 50%. Being a consumer driven market, the rates, industry functioning and related processes have always worked on a limpid model that’s completely transparent. There has not been significant difference to the way the market is functioning post implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

DT: In which sectors you are currently providing your messaging services? What are your targeted sectors?

Mr. Ashish: We serve to more than 10 different sectors ranging from E-Commerce, Retail, Hospitality, BFSI, SaaS, Logistics, Travel & Tourism, Payment Services, Healthcare, Educational sector etc., We target majorly on providing high end services to major industries including BFSI, E-Commerce, Saas etc., globally.

DT: Tell us about your overall service portfolio.

Mr. Ashish: Solutions Infini provides world class, communication in the field of Voice, SMS, Email and API. Along the process, I have contributed to Web application development stack for 9 years, developing servers, Linux, messaging platforms, scaling applications and architecturing the platforms.

DT: What kind of challenges you face while serving to Indian market?

Mr. Ashish: Indian customers look forward for Face to face discussions which are still challenging, in the technology driven business world. Customizing the tailor made solution according to the business requirement in itself is a complicated task, push driven markets are quite demanding and time consuming for planning, processing, execution and evaluation.

DT: What are the growth opportunities in Indian market for Mobile Messaging Solution providers? What is the current market size of this industry and what is the future of it?

Mr. Ashish: ICT is valuated at 1.72 Billion USD by the end of 2017. Annually we are experiencing growth of 60% to 80% and has huge potential to grow over 80%. The market is quite open with new technologies and its innovations pouring in. By 2020, the ICT is expected to reach 4.45 Billion USD with A2P technologies become highly scalable, secure and simple.

DT: What are your revenue targets by the end of this fiscal year in India?

Mr. Ashish: With new technologies being adopted by users and increasing customer database, we are expecting to hit 35 to 40 Million USD by the end of 2018.
