Savera Digital India has established its market reach with a very consistent performance each year since its inception.

DT:- What have been the key highlights of your company during the year 2016?

A:-The key highlights have been 1) increase the sales force, 2) streamlining internal process, 3) further market penetration, 4) enhancement of partner community, et. Besides, we signed top brands like QuickHeal and ASRock.

DT:- What is the central force which keeps partners and consumers loyal to your brand?

A:-Our products represent high quality as they are durable. We follow ethical business practices which allow partners to involve in business with us. We believe in creating good customer relations and providing value for money which helps our customers to have good faith on us. We provide reliability, progressiveness and overall user experience followed by profitability.

DT:- Do you think that Government of India’s ‘Make-in-India’ and ‘Digital India’ programs are seeing the light of day? At what levels are you supporting these programs?

A:-Savera will definitely support Make in India and Digital India policies introduced by the government of India as it will definitely benefit the Indian market from the hassles of tedious import policies. It will surely enhance export practices in the country and increase the economy in terms of GDP growth.

DT:- Since GST has finally been passed by the central government, how will it affect your business and the economy?

A:-Implementation of GST will be beneficial to the industry as it  will open up the interstate trade for India under one taxation structure. Also GST will further reduce the operational cost which is currently very much high.

DT:- How does the channel help you to reach out to your potential customers? What’s your channel strength?

A:-Savera is a channel focused and channel centric distribution company which works through different channel networks for most of the products. Looking at such a vast and geographically diverse country, it is impossible to reach each and every corner of the country. It is the channel which basically helps us to reach end consumers. Presently we are catering to more than 5000 channel partners in 600 cities. We hope to strengthen our base in the coming year.

DT:- What’s your roadmap or strategy for the year 2017?

A:-Savera wants to be one of the key drivers of Digital India with different range of brands and products such as gaming monitors, mobiles, wearables, VR, power bank, T.V. , surveillance cameras, etc. We wish to make technology affordable for all by giving value for money which doesn’t mean that we’ll not deliver quality. Savera will surely become one of the preferred distribution houses in the Indian market which has reach to different parts and verticals.

DT:- What is your current revenue? What is your projection for the year 2017?

A:- Our current revenue projected till end of March 2017 will be approx. 275 cr and by 2017-18 it is projected 300 cr.

DT:- What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A:-We offer the best service support to our customers. We feel after sales services are very important aspects nowadays and it also helps you to build a strong customer base and maintain loyal customers throughout.  Providing excellent services to our customers is the key to our success.
