"The Budget booster dose under the Stand Up India scheme for women and Dalit entrepreneurs will specially be helpful for our sisters in rural India. More women will Stand-Up torecognise their inherent qualities of a successful leader. Added to this is the mandate handed over to the banks to support up to two micro-enterprises each to SC/ST and women entrepreneurs, will, apart from giving them level-playing field across the socio-economic divide in the country, create economic independence, reinforce rights and make them more active participants in nation building. It's time for women to get over with their "self-doubt" and remember that a professional woman has to face distinct challenges but these aren't show stoppers, merely speed breakers, that must be overcome.

Country's vision for Skill Development and labour growth syncs EasyFix's vision and development of unskilled & unprofessional youth is of special interest to the home service industry. The allocated budget of Rs 1700 crore can help us achieve the - 1 Crore entrepreneurial skills development target - but we expect execution of funds in right place to get maximum impact &return on investment (ROI). Much can be done via just developing & changing skill development methodology at current ITI Colleges before opening 1500 new units.

Through skill development our country can nurture better and professionally skilled students who will no more be called ‘labours’ but ‘handymen’. India's unorganised sector creates 487 million workers, the second largest after China. Their upliftment will lead to a faster growth of our society in pursuit of a developed country and handyman workmanship to match International standards.
