LAPCARE announced its entry into the PC peripherals market with entry level products like Wireless Mice and Keyboard. Lapcare has already expanded their business in laptop market with various different products of laptop functionality. The company is keen to capitalize on the fast-growing demand for ICT (Information and Communication Technology) products in the regional markets and is also looking for distributors across India for its computer peripherals range.
Lapcare has already launched optical mice series and plans to move into premium segment at a later date. Lapcare currently has Rx Infotech as National Distributor, and has Earth & DCC as Regional Distributors.
Lapcare India has plans to add more distributors both nationally & regionally based on strengths & customer requirements. For more than a year, Lapcare has invested in creating schemes and tech-support forums for the customers, and that has created the goodwill in market for the brand.
The company has onsite service support for its laptop peripherals and for all products for even tier-II and tier-III cities and is in the process of setting up more service centres for deeper penetration. Lapcare provides 24X7 call centre support with well trained professionals to provide timely support for technical and non- technical queries and even for the replacement of products.
