DT interacted with Mr. Sudhanshu Bhatia, Partner, Guruji Technologies to know more about their company and future plans.

DT: How is the current market scenario of Indian IT industry? How Guruji Technologies using the emerging opportunities?

Mr. Sudhanshu: The current scenario of Indian IT industry as per my outlook is emerging and competitive both, as the government is focusing more on Digital India. Need for IT Products are increasing which has resulted in huge competition among industry players. Many more players has entered into this market specially in the B town category, but the survival for any player or brand will only depend on the quality of the product and its service backup. As the demand for IT equipment had increased so demand for decreasing the downtime of the same had also increased. Guruji Technologies is fully utilizing this emerging opportunity in Agra and nearby town by adding new customers and products in our portfolio. We had always been keen in selling good brands and providing a strong service backup at all points of time for our customers in past years, which has resulted in adding customers in our basket.

DT: How has been your experience in Indian market so far? What are the major challenges that often create difficulties in operating business?

Mr. Sudhanshu: WOW!!! being experience every UPS and DOWNS of the industry I would simply use the word WOW!!, I am happy as I had turned my passion into a business and passed through every test of it, as we are in a league of selling Solution rather than selling a Box. Doing business is itself a challenge and what else you need more.

DT: What have been your major highlights/achievements in this journey?

Mr. Sudhanshu: Many achievements like, we have opened the first retail of IBM, Canon and HP Consumable, Very First Showroom of Agra demonstrating how Wi-Fi network works, last but not the least our company has been recognized many times by HP, Canon, IBM, TVSe etc. Above all, I consider my foremost achievement in this journey as my happy customers and a strong and dedicated service team.

DT: Please brief us about GT Secure Shield.

Mr. Sudhanshu: Guruji Technologies GT Secure Shield is an Annual Maintenance Service which help in reducing the downtime of your hardware and software so that you can take full advantage of your systems and nobody calls them a `Dabba'. As we know today we have many gadgets installed at Home, office or at a factory location such as computers, CCTV, access control, network devices, intrusion etc. they are very useful gadgets as they save lot of time and money, with GT secure shield we take annual maintenance of all the gadgets at one window and our team is well trained to take care of all the devices on one call thus it results in reducing the downtime of any installed gadgets and it is economical on pocket also

DT: What is ‘Digital Naari’ program? What are the features of this program and how it works? 

Mr. Sudhanshu: Digital Nari is an educational initiative by me for the Females. The programme was designed to educate the females and reduce the knowledge gap between them and their children. We take seminars with different female groups in form of clubs, society, kitty parties, teachers meeting, parent meetings at school, college or school going girls. We make them aware about the pros and cons of internet, what to do and what not to do. We are more focusing on hot topics like cyberbullying these days in my seminars. Not only this, seminars are being conducted on the topic chosen by the group from various available topics with us. Even we provide one on one counselling in crucial cases as per the need.
