Dell Hosts Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network Regional Meet

Dell organized its Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network (DWEN) meet up for the first time in the Bangalore market with presence from 13 eminent women entrepreneurs who have exceled in their respective fields and are collaborating to establish a positive Indian women entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country.

India is witnessing a meteoric rise of start-ups and the business environment at present is more suited to their growth than ever; it will be interesting to note the expertise required to run an entrepreneurial venture competently. Keeping that in mind, attendees at DWEN – Bangalore chapter held a focused group discussion on “Developing specific skill sets in a start-up to thrive in the entrepreneurial ecosystem” to help discover the adeptness required to succeed in the ecosystem at present and develop deeper understanding of the interpersonal skills required to make a business successful, common mistakes women entrepreneurs make and the right way to approach venture capitalists to scale one’s business.
