At the recently held Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas D-Link made some big product announcements. The 2 key show-stoppers at D-Link suite were Unified Home Wi-Fi Network Kit & mydlink Smart Alarm detector, and both the products were awarded with the International CES Innovations 2016 Design & Engineering Award Honouree.

mydlink Smart Alarm detector:
DCH-S165 is a Wi-Fi based detector that monitors and identifies the sounds of standard UL-certified smoke or CO alarms. Expanding D-Link’s award-winning Connected Home ecosystem, the Smart Alarm Detector plugs into an electrical outlet to create an integrated home safety solution, without the cost and hassle of installing new smoke or CO detectors.

Availability:
D-Link Unified Home Wi-Fi Network Kit & mydlink Smart Alarm Detector will initially be available in Q2 2016 in the United Stated. This will be followed by regional launch in other countries.
