ACL Mobile Wins ‘Best Employee Value Proposition’ Award at BBC Presents HR Superstars 2017 Awards

ACL Mobile emerged victorious in the “Best Corporate Strategy in line with Business” category, bagging the prestigious Best Employee Value Proposition Award. The recognition comes at the BBC Presents - HR Superstar Awards, hosted by World HRD Congress. 

Established in the year 1992, World HRD Congress is a 24 years old institution, celebrating the genius in the expansive field of Human Resource Development. Flaunting the most noteworthy personalities in the domain, the BBC Presents HR Superstars 2017 award ceremony took place on February 15, 2017 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. 

Commenting on their triumph, Mr. Sanjay Krishna Goyal, Founder & CEO, ACL Mobile noted, “I thank World HRD Congress for recognizing our efforts at the BBC Presents HR Superstars 2017. Our objective was to develop a corporate strategy that resonates with individual department plans so that every single employee within the company is driven towards one common business goal. ACL’s HR team worked hard with the internal departments and management team to bring synergies between company’s broader vision and its employees. This also resulted in defining of ACL new value system and competencies which when followed will take company on the growth path. ” 

The victory at the BBC Presents HR Superstars 2017 came through following a rigorous process of filing nominations and strict selection procedure. The written nomination submitted by ACL Mobile was observed under the scrutinizing glare of the Academic Council of World HRD Congress. The process was then followed with a live presentation of the concept to the eminent Jury members. Ms. Shuchi Sharma, VP-HR, ACL Mobile and Ms. Shenal Saluja - Manager – HR, ACL Mobile, were present at the ceremony to receive the award.
