VISION BEHIND STARTING THE COMPANY

Mr. Rajat Jain, director started the organization with the idea “To bring inspiration and innovation to IT & Networking Solutions in a state like Uttar Pradesh” which was at that time way back  in terms of technological advancements and networking infrastructures. He was able to sense the huge demand of networking solutions in near future and took the decision to get his hands on networking to handle the business as per the future trends.He aimed to provide and develop world class Networking solutions, Applications and Services for various customers.

PERFORMANCE AND OBJECTIVES

If we talk about the performance of the company in earlier days then I would like to say that It was really challenging because at that time entrepreneurship was not so encouraging as it used to have huge challenges. Funding was one of major issue for startups and investors did not had much faith among new companies.Even Internet & other technology adoption had just started and it was a complete new concept in UP. Internet was just a tool for corporate only and that had to do nothing with common people.

The prime objectives are:-

• Providing a world class reliable, robust and state-of-the-art Networking Solutions & Services to Hospitality industries, Education sector and corporate as well.
• Research and Development in the area of Networking Solutions and its applications.
• To be a customer centric company where our customers can have the best services in the Networking Industry.

Concerns:-

• It is very difficult at a place like UP to educate the customers about the benefits of Wi-Fi and networking and making them understand that they can generate revenue and use it as a marketing tool for their organization. It’s not an overhead cost or useless expense.

But still we managed to keep the things going on because we had faith in our idea and excellent solutions. Now really the time has turned in our favor and we are working very aggressively to capture much more market share.

OVERALL JOURNEY AND GROWTH PLANS

While we approach every project knowing that “typical processes” don’t apply to every organization, we recognize the value and efficiency of certain checklists, shortcuts and other starting points that can help initiate the conversations that “ask the basic requirements and expectations of client from our solutions”.

In short about my journey I would like to sum up as “It’s been a great learning journey. Every day come up with new challenges and at the end of the day I used to get a new learning. So it’s been a great journey as personally I don’t like monotony in life and challenges motivates me to explore new ideas and experience something new every time.
